Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE) has acquired 100% of the shares in Mont-Fort Funds AG, which will become a subsidiary of BCGE Group. Founded in 2014 and regulated by FINMA, the company acts as a representative of foreign funds in Switzerland. Its role is to support these funds in their distribution activities. This acquisition will strengthen BCGE Group’s position in fund distribution, a segment in which BCGE has already been offering paying agent services for many years.
